Overseas sales in U.S.

We’re looking for sales agents to develop and grow our business in US market
Essential responsibilities:
Develop new business
– Constantly search for new opportunities and improvements in our service offerings.
– Manage and expand existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
– Produce and present sales proposals to customers demonstrating our ability.
– Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows and networking events.
Full project life cycle service
– Be an expert solution provider, clarify customer requirements and our ability to meet those requirements.
– Provide customers with pricing and lead-time for all new projects by evaluating cost and customer’s special requirements.
– On-time sample, quotation, order deliveries
– Resolves custom complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations.
– Oversee and manage all customer needs in liaison with sales team and all other departments on the status of all new and open orders.
– Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results report, such as forecast, marketing information, case review.
Discover on-trend market need
– Share on-trend market need collected from communication with customer, industry media and other business activities with UA Packaging marketing team.
– Work closely with UA Packaging marketing team to carry our promotion campaign like introduction meeting with customer, webinar meeting with media.
– Provide feedback of promotion campaign including customer’s reaction and improvement solution.
Other duties are requested
Position requirement:
– Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
– No less than 5-years sales customer service experience with companies in beauty industry especially packaging, contract manufacture.
– Superior written and verbal communication skills, native English is preferred.
– Ability to work self-motivated and unencumbered to meet and exceed sales goals.
– Willing to travel including timely customer visit and trade show.
